It would be great but I live about two hours from the metroplex on the east side towards texarkana tx so maybe we could work out a good location for every one to meet. As for time Saturday early evening is the best time as I work shift work and my hours are not too great as I am off on Tues Wed in the week when others have to work. I have done a lot of homework and also I have a team to FIX the houses.
After checking and studing the area I have found 3 houses they look very good(in ref to the ROI)Now it is the type of contrac we are working and the final price.
Love to share oportunity since it is my very own SOLO flight.

Low Income Agent Commissions
Does anyone know of... or is a Realtor that does not mind a low sales price?
We find our own deals, have private funds, draw up our contracts on updated TREC forms. Only caveat is we buy properties around $10,000 all cash in certain areas.
The deals are present, but a Realtor is needed to close MLS deals. It's not the highest commission, but since we're doing all the work it's basically free money for the Realtor.
