In June of 2008 my job ended and I went penny less broke. My wife kicked me out of the house and divorced me as she said "im to be taken care of not the other way around".I was homeless for 6 months! Living in my car, out at the lake, and eating at the local hospitals and using their phone in the waiting rooms.February of 2009 was a life changing month for me. This time in a good way. I received Dean's book. His information pulled me off of the street into a really nice house as a lease option. That deal fell through! I'm in an apartment now ( more affordable) until I get these two properties sold. It is a small step process. The fact is; without Deans help I might either be dead, or still on the street. The kicker is, I was an engineer on the railroad, a real estate agent, and a father of 2. I also have a military backround and have always helped people before I help myself. I found out one important thing in this experience."you are only as good as the people you surround yourself with". Thank you for having me as part of your network. With your help, we have no limitations.Thank you Dean, and the team that you have built. I look forward to waking up and helping as many people as I can. I refuse to let people live on the street.

My first deal....

I currently have 2 properties locked up. One property is in Hillsboro, Texas that is 5600 square feet,2 storey all concrete construction setting on 8 acres with a 80'x200' pool.

The 2nd property is in Henderson, Nevada. 1959 sq. ft. in a gated community.

The Texas property is huge and has never been on the market until now.In fact, this is the property that Willie Nelson (legendary country music artist) got his start. I acquired this property for 145k. It does need some rehab work which, upon completion will value this property at 250k-350k.The tax roll has not been touched since 1972.So, the property only shows a value of 88k, that is based on the market in 1972.

The Henderson property was last purchased in 2005 for 329k. I picked it up for 118k. The current appraisal is 288k. I'm selling this property for 168k. Any interested investors?

1st deal

Congratulations on locking up your first deals. I read your post to Michael Hines an I am amazed at how you are not allowing the negative things that happened to you get you down. You are rebounding back. I see you are well on your way back to financial wealth. Keep up the energy and positive attitude.

I wish I had a buyer for you. Check out this site though. I am sure someone on here has buyers for those areas.
