listen up people, dean has said his good friend is T.HARV EKAR who is also a millionaire, well after looking into him turns out that they seem to have alot in common. they both sell books and home study courses and give seminars, all of which costs a fortune but it gets better, one of ekars courses is about becoming a marketing genius and how to pick the right topic to pitch to people and SELL to people. both of these guys got rich from marketing & SELLING to people there pep rally pitches, now that's why deans asking for all of your friends and family's email addresses..get it. these guys don't deserve this much success i'd rather seek advice and wisdom from any businesss owner or actual c.e.o. of a company, at least they make money the real world way not some halftime pep rally schtick that they sell for a fortune...no thanks dean, i bought a book from you and thats all you're going to get out of me. but just move on to you're next customer right dean....wait i thought you were a real estate investor

If you think that Dean’s products are really just a way to get money out of you instead of gateways to financial freedom in the Real Estate field. Trying going to college, getting your MBA & then setting up your own business.
However, for some of us here like Carol Stinson http://www.deangraziosi.com/user/8570 who could only afford a book it was enough to get her going.
And for others like myself who can afford to purchase more products (in my case, the empowering conversations & last year’s Edge home study course), they are enough & probably more to get us going.

If you want to be successful in any endeavor, you have to have a Positive Mental Attitude.
