Cash investors in NYC or NY State

Hello everyone,

My name is Gerard and I am a real estate investor. I was wondering if there are any cash investors in New York? Currently, I am building a database of investors who are willing to close on deals quickly - that is if the deals match their specified criteria for properties in New York State.
