why are u meeting and what are your ??'s to them?

Ask them if they are money managers or know any.

How many investment properties they own?

want any more? have any for sale?

do they handle divorce? if so, most divorces sell the houses...get it.

I got one house that the xhusband and xwife both paid me to take over payments and walked away from the house because they hated each others guts and didn't want the other to make anything

Ive been having a hard time

Ive been having a hard time finding an agent so i figured a realestate attorney would know which agent would be able to help me with the 25:1. and how double closing work? do i only need a title comp or a title comp and attorney.

Eager to get started

2nd day at this. I am a general contractor in Richmond eager to get started flipping, buy hold and rent but will probably have to start out doing something other than that. I have been rehabbing properties for 10 years for other people. I drive thru the northside of Richmond and I dream of what these houses could be worth. Hit me up if you need to partner with a person with no mney but construction expertise.

Dean's System!

I am new in real estate investing business. I am wondering if there are any Dean's students who have been successfully applying Dean's system and making lot of deals in Northern Virginia region. The houses in this region is expensive, and the market is very competitive: there are lots of investors looking for deals. I have attended couple of REI group meetings, and there are lots of investors. Not so encouraging for newbies! I am thinking of expanding my portfolio to Richmond and Winchester area. Any suggestions?

I am new to investing, but I have had no problems finding cash buyers in the area. I am having issues finding good RE agents. Seems like there is a huge experience gap in the area. They have either been brand new or wayyy past their prime. And referrals out their? Could also use a good honest inspector, to make estimating repairs quicker and easier.
