I just talked to a Realtor and he says he needs proof of funds.Do I just move on? Of course he said the market here in Omaha is tough. Can I get proof of funds with no money out of pocket?

new investors looking for a mentor
we are new to the investing world. we have been in the game for a little over two months now. We have read Dean's books and are enrolled in the Success Academy. We love everything we are learning and how the action items allow us to take our goals to the next level. However, we are having a hard time in Buffalo. We are being told continuously that what we are doing is very risky. That we are going to be prosecuted. So this made us take a step back and rethink our situation. Its a little disheartening, i know we can make something happen. Does anyone have experience investing in buffalo?? We are open to suggestions
