things are alittle slow, but if its a good deal,ppl ACT.

I posted the 2 for the price of 1 prop. on craigslist, ebay, DG classified, and others but I just keep getting people who want me to go to their websites and fill out info. with the addresses etc. I will not do that. They will not call me or email me back.
I have a townhouse in Virginia Bch. 2/1.5 and I have another in Norfolk, VA about 5 blocks from the Ches. Bay. but it needs to be taken down. both prop. for $120K

In the DC area there are a few REIA's to choose from, but two seem to be the largest:
Capital Area REIA

DC Metro REIA

They have a large membership, meetings that include success stories and actual deal presentations, a market data presentation, and a speaker with a proven strategy. They also have website and email list to distribute deals. Its a ready made buyers list.
