I am a new RE Investor. I just started this week and I am in WA. Do you have any kind of these homes in WA. My husband is a carpenter and I am looking for rehab or fixer up in wholesale prices. I don't think I have currently something in WA (at least not the complete dirt cheap, owner financed ones)... only probably one of the REO from the bank that are already repossessed, but didn't go to auction yet.
