Need To Raise 30K in 60 Days

I've heard stories that some people in RE biz make 1 million dollars per year and even more...that's awesome!
I need to find a way to earn $30,000 within the next 60 days...is this possible? What do you recommend besides the last two books I've read by DG?
This not only would change my life, but it would literally saved it.

I'm still just starting

I'm still just starting myself, and still in the beginer stages but yes I can already see "how" some people in this business make 1 million dollars a year. Think about it like a fast food chain like Mcdonalds or something... they're making millions now but started as a small franchise like the other fast food places. Like anything getting to that point takes time and no where in dean's books (as much as I've read) does it say we're guaranteed to make as much as he does... is it possible for you to make $30k in 60 days YES! Only if you have and use everything and have everything in place that works already and you are going to use that... I'd suggest doing two assignments... 15k each as your fee... but like I said you'd already have to have buyers/sellers in place and everything with that time frame. But it's possible

I'm a newbie to this as well. I would love to learn how to raise cash fast as well. I've read the books got training, but having difficult time with a buyers list. I've posted classified ads. and looked for local REI's but I only found one and the contact info is wrong so thats a no go. I'm stuck in North west Florida were everyone comes to play with great deals all around but no clue who to birddog theses deals to. IF an one could help me, mentor me, anything i would appreciate it...

30K in 60 days?

That would be 6 deals at $5000 each, one every 10 days, so yes it is possible, but you need to start puttung in offers! Remember, it takes 25 offers to get one accepted, so if you need 6 deals (to make 30K) you need to put in 150 offers in the next 60 days, or 75 offers within the next 30 days, and then 75 offers the following 30 days!
It's all up to you, but yes, you can definitely do it, if you set your mind to do it, and you take action!

I had some interviews with some Real Estate Agents, and have a person in a title agency yet I hav't had one call from a seller or a buyer. My signs are still up. What am I doing wrong? If I "BIRDDOG" Do I have to have the property under contract?

read DG's 30 days to real estate profits and make it happen. I am making a website for prospecting and creating another email for the business and am joining all the rei groups that I can across the country to flip deals. Build a buyers list that is the key.

So far the easiest way I've found is to join the investor elite group at the top right of the page and red and green. I think Dean is running a special right now for like $30 the 1st month, then it's 300. After that, I realize some people cannot afford that. Hi I have the same problem as you I spent all this money on learning real estate from these so called gurus and some of the methods they use are outdated. And I have gotten nothing in return. Networking is the best advise, go to meetup.com, you should be able to find real estate groups that meet weekly or monthly. If it wasn't for the people I met through networking, I would have given up.

Hi, I've been doing real estate for a few years now and I still have to work very hard for every deal I get because I'm in a competitive market. You have to figure out what works in your market. Are you trying to wholesale? Try to meet other wholesalers in your area and find out what they are doing.

Last year during a particularly frustrating time when I couldn't get a deal, I met someone else at our local REA meeting and asked him what he was doing. He was putting in 300 offers a week! I work full time and couldn't do that, but it showed me how much people will do to make it work.
