New Properties........

just wanted to let you all know.... we have new properties in! Two different categories, mostly.... all 50 states!

1) REOs (bank owned), which are about to go to auction. Right now these properties are in "limbo", they have been repossessed already, but are not ready to be auctioned off or to be listed. These properties start at $3,500 (MI) - $5K(OH) - $17K (IL) - $25K (NJ).... and so on!

Will be listed/auctioned at: $105K
Current Price: $45K

2) Cheap (like in rock bottom) properties which we buy from banks or mortgage lenders. We resell them either for cash, or (preferably) on terms (owner financed)! These properties are mostly in need of remodeling, or light to full rehab, and they start at $2,500 (PA or OK) - $3,500 (OH) - $6K (TX) - $7K (KS).....

Cash Price: $13K
Financing: $2,500 down and $275/month
(land contract)
