Looking for an investor-friendly realtor

I am looking for a realtor who is also a broker, who would be willing to help me out with some short sales that I need for one of my investors.

I would say read Deans books and just go for it. Also come to the website and read what other people are doing and apply it to yourself. "Knowledge plus action equals success." Good Luck and I wish you much Success.
