Hey Guys...I live in Tennessee now, but I'm from Dayton, OH and I have access to some of the best Ohio deals ever! I've found a "hungry" realtor who has found for me properties starting for PENNIES ON THE DOLLAR; complete with renters! Please send me a PM if you guys are interested in some of my deals!

This issue was brought to my attention by another Ohio Investor asking if Assignments were legal in the state referencing Ohio State Code regarding Real Estate Brokers...

It is important to keep in mind that as investors we do not represent other people - that is the work of real estate agents/brokers.

When making offers we represent only ourselves, but have buyers who are looking who we assign, sell, lease, etc. properties to. It is great to note the info posted by echriston in August that a Title Co. has indicated that this is alright.
