I was talking with my partner, who discussed the issue of assignments with a title insurance attorney who says yes you can do this, just must follow guide lines. It is harder to does this with bank REO properties as dicussed in other threads. If a realitor is involved, they must disclose to seller that you will be making a profit on this. You can use the investor discloser on Deans site along with your assignment contract to be transparent.
