It's nice to find a local group to join and share info with. I've been investing in real estate since 2008 when I purchased two single family homes in Ewing twp., renovated them and rented them with a positive cash flow as the housing market began to tumble. I have a partner in this business, my friend Jim who is a contractor, and connected with all the neccesary tradesmen to totally rehab properties in about 4 months. We recently sold one of our properties to free some capital to possibly purchase a real bargain we've been looking at. I've been seeking an investor for some time and thought Dean's Set for Life program might help me locate these people, I'm anxiously waiting for it to arrive.
