About Me: 

I was grown up in a well grounded Real Estate Investment Family. I worked as a Payroll Administrator for 25 years and have a note business . I started my REI business and currently looking for a great Apartment Buildings deal to purchase as my 1st Real Estate Investment in NJ. I educated myself by reading quite a few books including books on Property Management/Law and received a Property Management scholarship through IREM. Becomes a Sole Property Manager since April 2010. I really love Real Estate Investment and my only regret is not starting earlier but then I believed nothing happen before the time.

Are you looking for deals we have locked up, or just owner financed property contacts in our area. If you just want the contact, how do we make the half percent? I have found some in my area and he will take cash for his properties, but for me, he wanted a 20% down to owner finance.
