One thing that is HUGE these days is lease options...Greg Murphy talks about them here on Dean's site and in his materials. If you are looking for a no money down strategy, this is a great one!

Either cost is honestly an absolute BARGAIN. The reason it is so cheap is the dues of this group help to pay for this speaker to come, and since the meeting this week where she was going to speak was cancelled due to snow, they reduced the workshop this Saturday to these rock bottom prices. An all day workshop usually can cost a few hundred dollars, so definitely take advantage of it if you can!
Would love to see anyone who wants to meet me there!

I'm just a member of the REI Nashville group ---I don't register folks and I'm not in charge (nor do I profit on any of this stuff!) I just thought it would be a great opportunity for everyone to learn from an experienced lease/option speaker, and anyone from this site could also meet up and grab lunch or coffee or something during the break and network a bit.
