Still no posts from the area :(

Though I havent gotten any input from others in or familiar with the area, I havent stopped thinking of ways to succeed with investing here.

I just posted a journal about the new and developing areas of El Paso and Santa Teresa. It got me thinking of how things are in Horizon. I dont get out there often at all.

Anyone know of the area???

Really Tracy?

Horizon? i dont know anything about any of this. Can anyone else help her please?

I believe she meant "what's on the horizon". Tracy Lynn is opportunistic and forward looking. I wish I had her drive. She's one to watch make it in this business.

Sorry, I havent posted here for quite some time. I have been pretty busy actually. I post in my daily journal on the site as often as possible explaining everything.

Its great to see that there are others in my area doing the very same thing!

Maybe we'll get an opportunity to work together sometime.

Hello Tracy,

I'm probably one of the only ones that understands what you mean by "horizon" since I'm actually from El Paso. I've lived in El Paso for about 19 years, and I'm currently in the military. Although El Paso isn't my ideal place to start REI I wouldn't mind joining a group of REI in that area.

Hello my name is Janet. I just recently moved to the Las Cruces area. My husband is also in the military. One nice thing about military towns...there is always new people moving to the area despite the economy!

For those of you who have been doing this awhile, any tips for a newbie? The whole process seems rather daunting right now...but I am excite to begin!

Buy TX Notes for High, Long Term Yields

All States Investments's picture

Hi All,

We buy TX real estate notes and sell them to individuals & companies that want to receive high returns (10-18%+) that have low Investment-to-Value (ITV) ratio's. The real estate secures all of these notes. We were introduced to this at Dean’s 2009 Edge event in Phoenix.

Currently, we have several high yield TX products that you might consider. We have closed on two deals this month in TX. Please contact us if you have any interest in this type of investment. See our website at: www.AllStatesInvestments.com or email us at Tom@AllStatesInvestments.com.

Thanks,
Tom
