Another marketing tip and idea I use predominately is FACEBOOK !!
You can create groups in your local area or target area where you invest. You will then post pics and info of all your properties and also market to buyers. After creating the group , add ALL of your friends list and ask them to add and or share with their LIST. IN 5 minutes you can have THOUSANDS of buyers and or sellers
