This post could not have come at a better time. My husband and I took Nate and Matt's No Money flip program and have been working hard to put all of our systems in place. (We love your motivational speech by the way)

We have put together a buyers list and it has been my responsibility to make those initial phone calls. I have felt paralyzed all week, so I decided to check back in with Dean's site. I am so glad I did.

You've motivated me again to keep moving forward!

First time talking to buyers can be scary! You're right. I remember when I first started I would do everything I can to impress and get the buyer to like me. haha we have to remember especially as wholesalers we both need each other in real estate! We do what most buyers won't in finding deals that's the point!
