Serious investors do it all the time and make $10k a month or more without leaving their home/office very often. You want to too don't you? Sure you do and so does EVERYONE else. You can and will IF you can follow simple instructions. This road has been laid out in front of YOU and all YOU have to do is follow it. BUT, YOU HAVE TO MAKE SOME CHANGES.
Stop looking for short cuts and listening to your so called friends. Are they RICH? NO. They are dream stealers due to fact that they have been doing the same STUPID stuff for 10,20,30 years and LIFE has NOT changed for them because THEY have NOT changed the things they do in life. Do you want to continue to be like THEM? NO!!! That's why YOU are here. You NEED to STOP acting like them and get your butt in gear, put your foot down and make some changes in your life for the sake of your family and your financial future. Yeah, I know, but they're your 'friends'. NO they are NOT.
If you are SERIOUS and want to BETTER your life and future, NOW, I said NOW is THE time to do so. SCHEDULE and be in charge of your life for once. Hold yourself responsible for your actions...ALL of them. SET your goals, short and long term and make a PLAN to reach them. Every night ask yourself 'what did I do today to get closer to my goals?' and hold yourself accountable for what you did or did NOT do.
ONLY YOU CAN CHANGE YOUR SITUATION IF LIFE....so just do it!!!
NOW is the BEST time to get into REI. More people will make a fortune in the next few years in Real Estate than ANY other time in history and YOU should be one of them. Interest rates are DOWN- housing prices are VERY LOW and the economy is really in bad shape.
If YOU can't find/make the time (ha ha) YOU DON'T deserve it and STOP your whining and blaming everyone else. How do think the SUCCESSFUL INVESTORS got there? They MADE the time!!! We ALL have 24hrs a day. How spend yours is the RESULTS of your life.
