Dean Graziosi Weekly Video Blog #11

Are You Ashamed of Wanting Success?

At first it sounds like an odd question, but pause for a second and ask yourself… think about it.

Are you ashamed because you want more? Some people are. But the big question is should you be?

I guess that depends on whether your desire is motivated by greed or need. Since the dawn of time,
dreams have been squashed by naysayers and critics. How many of yours have been squashed because
you let someone else’s opinion override your own passion?

In this week’s video blog, Dean tells the story of how one student was faced with such harsh criticism from friends
and family that he took drastic measures to follow his dream.
Find out who it was, what he did, how his actions made him a millionaire…and how you can come meet and learn from him in person live in April!

That's Great NEWS

because I guess im headed down the same path, I do the same thing when friends and family are coming over. I don't think it's because Im ashamed, it's just that if they were to see it I would have to here these "naysayers" that are friends and family bash on my dreams on becoming financially successful. The only one hopeful of course is the one that has always given love our whole lives, MOM. So again Im not ashamed about it its just that I don't want to hear the negativity from these people that's suppose to be encouraging instead the opposite. I've heard alot, friends that call me a "loser" for just trying to make things work, telling me to "get a real job." Like Dean said its easier for these people to pull you down with them than to have them help you up and out. Thats why this site is great everyone has the same goals and there are successful people to FEED OFF of. Thanks for pointing out that I wasn't the only one hiding my PLANS. Specially when it was someone like Matt that was doing the same thing his early years.

I also experienced it

I do not tell any family members that I am pursuing real estate, because they view it as a negative. I prefer to keep it secret until I achieve the success I have destined for myself, that of real estate millions. People believe when you mention any form of set goals and desires that you are not going to achieve them. I am trying by answering the questions Dean mentioned in his blog to see if I qualify for financing for investment purposes. I am looking forward to good results in the upcoming consultation. Dean, as always, you have and continue to deal on topics that plague our world everyday. Thanks.

Hello Dean,

This is another great blog. I believe sometimes people fear what others may think. Unfortunately, others do not understand something but soon become the expert once you get involved and they offer you all kinds of advice. My hat goes off to you and Matt living the American Dream! My best day will be the day I am a 100% fulltime real estate investor. This is my passion. I have a clear picture in my mind for my last day at my job. I am working hard to get there, so please keep the blogs and great information coming! You provide tremendous inspiration to all of us. Believe and Achieve! Smiling

Not Ashamed Anymore!

Hi Dean,

This is a constant challenge for me. I can't remember ever not having to defend my belief! I have always been since I could remember, a dreamer. I've always wanted the best for me. And it's been a fight not to settle for less. Who knows me better than me. Thru positive motivational classes and books, I have always remembered that what other people think of me, doesn't have to be my reality! This is my life....I'm in control!

Sincereley,
Lubertha

Matt!

Thats great news! I'm glad you came out on top!Good Job!
