Dean Releases His "Recipe" For Economic Stimulus

Dean,

Thanks for the new book. It inspired me to make several offers and get 2 properties at well below fair market value. I was going to offer more for the properties, but thought I would offer under 50% of the asking price per your direction. To my surprise and delight I was able to get both properties at a great price. We had 2 closing in less than a week! We are doing some rehab to each property now. The book and live event have given me a new confidence and a new roadmap for success. Believe and Achieve! Smiling
