Dean Graziosi Weekly Video Blog #73 - Dean's Been REPLACED!!!???

It's true, this week some mystery man has swooped in and taken Dean's place in the weekly blog!

Fortunately, he's provided a great video for you to watch and learn from...check it out now.

awesome message

thank you, that was a great message to pass on. How true, if you don't change your environment or the people you surround yourself with then the chances of your life changing is not good. Changing is hard to do, or at least its hard to take the first step to change. But how rewarding it is when you do take the first step. Just imagine if when you were a child and never dared to take your first step to learn how to walk. The possibilities are endless.

"ALWAYS THINKING POSITIVE"

It just amazes me how many of my family members and friends try to bring me down. But by being around complete strangers i get so much positive energy and think outside the box it keeps me going.Always think positive and your results will be great or a obstacle u must overcome which u will learn from.Like always another great blog... Thanks DG

new investor

it was truly inspiring god bless thanks for filling in for dean good job Audrey

Just in time when I needed !

Thank you Ryan for choosing this clip, because this is the day when I have initiated to make myself accountable for my own progress in RE, after many months of ordering books, enrolled in the Success Academy but still making excuses. A new friend on the DG site named Randy just gave me the same advice about changing my state of mind and then you picked Carol's clip about changing 3 things in your life: people-places-things. Thank you Randy. Thank you Carol-you are an inspiration! Thank you Ryan and last but not least, the driver of the vehicle of dreams-Dean Graziosi!
Best,
coco

Weekly Blog #57

I appreciate the 3 changes approach to succeeding in the REI business. I am literally just starting. I have bad credit and no money. I am a widow and single mom of 2 girls. I have been looking for a job in my field for 2 years here in Denver. No luck at all! So I am now reinventing myself and going for it with nothing to offer. I am going to attend the 3 day course in July, hopefully sooner if I can make it. I am presently looking for 3 properties, and I want to try for the Goverment Grant that pays those properties off 100% if I flip them into low income housing. The girls and I are currently homeless and I need to find a property for us to move into fast! I have all the faith in the world but I have been rejected so much over 2 yrs that fear of rejection is a huge block. Does anyone have any advice on finding properties that are Owner Financing Available? Thanks everyone!
Ramona

Great Job

Dean sorry we had to miss you but Ryan was a great fill in. Carol hit the problem on the head. To many people that infulence our heads with negativeness so we stay in our same old box because it's easy (we are to comfortable). It's scary to think differently but changes are mostly good and can change our lives for the best we just have to want it enough and believe in our selves.

Thanks, Bertha
