I do not have property for sale or for rent at this time but I am so glad that this great marketing tool is available. It's one more way to tell a selected groups about properties available for sale or for rent. At the same time we can so screen for property that fit our target. Thank you Dean for sharing this one. I am grateful for your inspirations.

What a nice tool! I ended up using my former personal home address of almost three years ago that I lost thru foreclosure for this exercise because but it raised the question: what does one do if the property is listed on Zillow?
The bribe worked! I've been hearing about postlets and I created my account after this weekly wisdom. Glad to have another tool, and this is a good one. From what you said, I was trying to please everyone, when I could not even please myself, that the reason for my information overload was, I am trying to do more than I can possibly can do and not getting to the point of success and was just an illusion that I'm almost there. I am going to work on being more focused and let go of all the situations that aren't my own. Thanks Dean for another great resource that I was not aware of before. Every tidbit of information is like finding a golden nugget for the Golden road to success. We love and appreciate you Dean and family along with all the DG and IE family as well. Thanks Dean, Your weekly wisdom was right on the mark . I haven't made any deals yet but I am making progress. I have beeen that person looking at everyone else and thinking that I had to be perfect. I am always looking back to see the person I left behind. I have heard people say that "When the lord closes one door he opens another, but it really stinks to be in the hallway." I am making progress. I have my Realtor, my Title people, contractors, credit people, and I am going out to make offers. I know something will be breaking my way very soon.
I will not give in or up. I will have the abundance the lord wants me to have. I believe it , I know it.
It all is made possible through you and all you have taught me.

Awsome blog, I really think that most of us do that and didn't even know. Anyways, I think looking back is the only thing that will always give us the motivation, the little push we need to keep doing what we are doing. You can build from the pass, but not the future.

Just signed up for the postlets and tried to block in informations and just can't believe how automated this is. And whoever gets the IPhone 5, you can do it on that from anywhere you have reception, right Dean?

hey dean thank you for th tip on postlets in 2 weeks going to do our first 10000 dollar profit deal we also believe we have found a new taget area to invest in we seem to be getting new leads almost daily , there is a big demand for rental property in this area and it has driven rent as high as i have ever seen it in this area,the more sucessthat we have the more confidence iam gaining , iam applying the stratedgies that i learned from your education,ihad ablast at your inner circle last june , we would like to come back agin some time , love yous site ,the doument print off is very helpfull, thakyou

Thanks for this tip. I have been out of partipation for
Months due to severe injury/pain. I have had a
Knee joint replacement about 2 months
Ago and am rehabbing and getting around better
and getting off the strong painkillers that while
allowing me to survive apparently I allowed
to stop me from really living. This weekly wisdom was the kick in the pants
I needed. Due to my injury I stopped participating in
Training I paid you guys for. But looking back on a small self directed
401k I have been earng 1600 plus on 150,000 orig start.
I am, partly due to my injury, taking voluntary severance package from my job. Watching this weekly wisdom reminded me now I can roll over my larger 401k and I
Need to go back and finish my training while I have some money to actually assist this. Thank you thank you Thank you!!!!

How awesome. Never been on it. It will be a great place to advertise my Maui condo. They recommend 3 sites, so who knows. Now all I need is a computer with my pictures to make it pretty. New homework with using U-Tube, but I do have a video camera. As soon as I can walk again I will have to take a trip to Maui and do just that, videos (and maybe a new computer).
Thank you for reminding me of the 5 things you are thankful for (in a posting) and the 5 things you are proud of yourself or accomplishments. We are our own worst enemy, but we do get to CHOOSE our destiny, so it is up to ourselves to be positive, work on the things we can do and own up to our decisions, not blaming anyone else. Have created a postlets account. I am incouraged that my properties that I find in my back yard may be seen outside the boarders of VT. I feel very confident in the info and guidence I recieve fromDean family.

I really like the option of using a separate email address so that I can track the success of Postlets as a marketing tool. I prefer to know which tools are working, need to be tweaked, or which ones that are just not a good fit for me. So that is just a huge win in my book.

I'm still looking around, but so far it's love at first (web)site. Yep, I just went there.
