Dean I totally agree with you, that one must just start to make things happen and not think yourself to death. Everyone will make mistakes and that is good, if one learns from them. 3M company wanted their employees to make mistakes, so they could start learning the business. Trying to be too careful and over analyzing everything, I believe is just another form of fear=FalseEvidenceApperingReal. It allows one to stay out of the game. As another great teacher has always said, decide what you want, commit to getting it and take massive action to get it. Notice the results and adjust, until you get what you want.
Dean you appear to be an incredibly caring person and I am proud to learn from you.

I'll be reading it on the plane to the Summit, which I'm thrilled to be going to next week. I know it's going to be great and should really get me moving on making real estate deals. It's such a change from my normal that I need that kick in the seat to make me start moving and stop procrastinating.

Some of the homework in the book has been done already but i will check here in probably sometime this week about getting updates...so i wont be doing much of what the book says for i already have done alot but will keep everything updated...and keep marching forward!

Even as i go over and over with the many strategies of how to an when to in my head iam still faced with a financial blockage . but i have hope an the more i look at your webinars and read your books i get more an more impatient you see right now i feel like iam at rock bottom financially and i really iam but the info rmation gives me hope and encouragement to stay looking ahead and over the many obstacles in my way.

Yes I do over work it! I usually plan on spending too much for the rehab and consequently my offers are too high. I will keep making offers one of them will come up. I am always looking for investors as well. I see real estate for sale signs that offer 100% financing. If the property is at the upper level of the comps for the areas, is it a good idea to take the financing? Of course if the property looks good.

Hey Dean i just want to thank you for such an amazing push, this is my first post here and want to let you know how truely amazing you are for helping us. I read one of your book "Profit from real estate right now" and now on the 2nd "Be a Real Estate Millionare" i didn't start anything as of yet but i always come on your site to read stories.Im very nervous and not sure where to start because there are so much information which i enjoy reading, i know i will have to start soon.
I just wanted to know if there is any recommendation as to what book i should read next and if im on the right track so far.

Thanks for the great weekly wisdom! Since I was at the livecast I've closed the deal we were talking about and have been organizing/meeting contractors, insurance, prop management ect.
