I am a mortgage Broker in Southern Mo and I thought that I would post this info to you so that we may be able to help each other out. I have 100% programs with no monies down still. The credit for this is a MIN of 620 mid score. and it has to be in a Rural area. Which in MO thats not hard to do..
I am looking for people to talk with and to bounce ideas off since I hve joined the DG network I love it but I need more info on different stratiges.. Can anyone here help me out? Also I am Licensed to to loans in 31 other states and I have been in the Buis since 1999. With lots and lots of references.

Hi all, I am new to the DG network and have been doing REI for about 2 yrs without much success. I have one rental and am in the process of building a spec home. I have been a general contractor for over 15 yrs so I know the rehab biz but when I seen deans infomercial I was very motivated. I have the books and joined the academy and I am doing the steps to locate buyers and sellers, but I also would like to network with other REI's in my area to trade ideas and moral support. I live in the Springfield Missouri area and would like to hear from any one who would like to talk REI. I would also like to join an REI club in my area.

Ok, I have the book Be A Real Estate Millionaire and some of it reads like Greek. I am curious if the time invested is worth the return?

I am going to school, in the middle of a career change and life going to hell quickly. I am also a father of a 5 y/o and have minimal income from my 2 part time jobs. Oh yeah and credit score is in the tank so to even attempt to get a loan to start is next to impossible.

I haven't read all the book, in fact I have had it for sometime but never really had the motivation to read it. Now that I feel that I am hanging by a noose I feel that I need some quick changes in my life.

Any and all advice is welcomed.
