What are you working on?

So I'd like to know what you, the MasterMind group members, are currently working on?

My husband and I were looking at a commercial property that we'd invest in and his sister would run the business and make payments to us to buy the business & the property. Unfortunately, the property didn't have two major things we'd been led to believe were a part of it and this business doesn't make sense without them and so we've passed on this.

Down the street from our house is a foreclosed REO and I'm in the process of trying to find the appropriate bank person to speak with about it. I don't believe it's been assigned to a real estate agent yet.

I'm also trying to track down the owner of a property in another state. There are back taxes on the property and the property is a wreck -- the home likely has to be torn down, but it has sentimental value to my family and I wish to buy it back for a small amount (it was sold to someone else more than 20 years ago & last year the current owner was apparently given the property). There is no phone number for her and while I had hoped to find one for her it seems as though I'm going to have to write her a letter instead to get the ball rolling on this.
