My name is brian and im new to all of this i have read the book be a real estate millionaire about 7 times over this year among about 15 other books about real estate and feel i have a fair enough amount of info to get started. knowledge= confidence right? so here I am . Im going to atempt to assign a property i have drove around my neighborhood and found about ten properties so im finding out all the ins and outs about these at the same time looking for buyers agents or realtors before i contact the owners im vice president of a construction company so the fixer uppers would be no problem wish me luck everybody and feel free to leave any advice or comment good or bad

I am impressed that you have read Dean's book so much. There sure is a lot to learn for us newbies, and it all doesn't quite stick the first, or I guess seven time through. I just went through a course today, and I want to go through it again to let

thank you and i have to say out of all the books i read on real estate this year it has to be my favorite and the easiest on to comprehend im probly like everyone else i seen the infomercal on tv since 06 and i was waiting to buy it but when i came out i read it and liked it so much that i read it in two days the first time but i started doing what he said in the book this week and everything has workout out so far and i also had did what some folks on here said there are some very heplful folks on here like i did what dean said on the conference call and found a realtor to give me access to the mls listings and she just sent me twelve today and like every five minutes there's another one around shaker heights ohio area place ads and replied to some on various free classified sites looked at few houses yesterday i have some more two look at this weekend and im doing alot of calling you know trying to get properties locked up but so far everything is exactly on point and hopefully ill have one locked up soon so i can assign it and greg if youre trying to do the same thing there's this site call analyzedDeals.com check it out and sign up it's been very helpful and they have this wholesale training program with a lot of free articles and diffrent stuff but the best is this ad that you can copy and paste this ad to build a buyers list ive gotten a lot within a few hours and when i log on im sure ill have more so just dig in and i wish you the best of luck in you rei career have a great day and feel free to drop a line anytime
