For you "Sports Fans" who like technology; consider evaluating a home using a digital camera and voice recorder. As the saying goes: "A picture is worth a thousand words". The voice recorder is easy to carry and utilize than a clipboard and paper. Make sure the voice recorder can interact with a PC so you can back up the data.

This is a great idea, because if the client has any questions it will be detailed right before their eyes. Sometimes when you take a lot of pictures, you get them back home and you can forget about the problem areas. This will be a great technique that I will try and use more often. Thanks
