Agreement to Purchase vs. Offer to Purchase

Agreement to Purchase vs. Offer to Purchase

I am getting confused looking at these contracts. Can anyone elaborate for me on the difference between the two? If there is?

Robert,

They're both good contracts, which one do you prefer? You can use either one, they're both iron clad with escape clauses in them.

Does it matter which one I use? Can I use either or to lock up a potential "GEM"? Can I assign an offer if signed "and/or assigns"? What my question is, is an Offer to Purchase considered the same as a legal binding contract as an Agreement to Purchase?

YES.....

Stop confusing yourself, lol, your making it harder than it has to be, it's just a preference, and i believe you dont have to sign with AND/OR ASSIGNS, cause it already has the language in the contract to be ASSIGNABLE, SULLY
