OfflineImagine the day when you can wake up in the morning when you want rather than by an alarm clock. Imagine spending your day doing the things you want to do rather than the things you "have" to do. Imagine just deciding to take off for a few days and not having to call a boss and ask for time off. Imagine spending time with people you actually like during the day. Imagine planing a vacation of the month because you can. Imagine going to the bank and having everyone there know you on a first name basis. Imagine proving everyone in your life wrong when they called you a loser. Imagine helping other people become financially free. Imagine giving more money to churches and charities every month than you used to make you used to make a month at your job. Imagine looking forward to Mondays because it meant you could travel around town during the day and not run into traffic. Imagine having the time of your life with other people during the week because you and your buddies don't have jobs. Imagine waking up in the morning and feeling bored so you decide to buy a plane ticket that same morning to Los Angeles to hang out with your friends for a couple of days. Imagine having the cash to buy things but not really caring about buying things anymore. Imagine the look on your ex-bosses face when he finds out your totally financially free when he told everyone when you started real estate investing that "you would never make it". Imagine what the people think now when just a few years ago they wouldn't let you park your car in front of their house because it was too embarasing for them. Imagine retiring 33 years before your dad and mom. Imagine the excuses your old class mates are using when just a few years after calling you a "loser" for not going to college you retired finacially free. Imagine.
It may be hard to imagine now, but you can be living a life like I am describing in a very short amount of time because of the gift we have been given with this current market. Go out there and run down your dreams. It is worth it.
You've got to find your obstacles and call them out! Unsheath the sword, and do battle with whatever it is that holds you back!
It's funny you posted this today. I was just telling my co-worker I can't wait till I don't have to ask for the day off or when my finances is not an issue because I'm making more than my boss.Yes I can imagine it and soon I will be living it.

You are an incredible motivator, and I am always amazed that when I feel down in my efforts to locate an investment property I sign on this site and someone has posted the perfect inspiraion! I have lost 2 of the best deals I've seen in the last week due to slow paperwork by representatives of banks in REO sales. I could just scream! Both of them would have easily netted me 40,000 profit each! But I'm letting it go and keeping at the search. Also, you have greatly inspired me to open up to long distance investing and I am going to seriously investigate working with Anita out in California....so thanks again for always being here to urge us on!

I can now imagine what my life will be like three years from now. When my friends found out that i bought four homes in the last six months, they were like, what?
