How to Retire In Your 30's Part 1

How to Retire In Your 30's Part 1

In a world of uncertainty, most would have retirement thoughts as far away from themselves as possible. In fact most people are clinging to job security at a time when I am running from it. If this seems frightening then this post is for you. I want to show you a few simple steps to take to map out a plan so you can retire several years, if not decades, early. Retiring early is a must. It was all I could think out. Day and night-I just wanted my freedom. Why are people programmed to think retirement age is 65? Certaintly it can't be because they are waiting on social security. Social security will be doomed in under 15 years-I guarantee that. Here's why. There are 83,000,000 people right now in the U.S. that are between the ages of 50-65 years old. In the next 15 years they will all be pulling social security benefits of, on average, about $1000 per month. Now if you take $1000 per month times 83,000,000 that comes to 83 billion dollars per month! That is like funding and Iraqi war every month-it simply is not possible to pay for. And those numbers don't even count the current people receiving a social security check.

I just wanted to live life at a young age, that is why I chose to build a pipeline of income from real estate. Here are some reasons why it will be faster than ever to retire early.

1. Real estate prices are the lowest they have been in over 10 years.

2. Banks have restricted loans more now than in the past 10 years.

3. The mass news media have bashed real estate as an investment causing most people to run away from real estate.

4. Rent rates are climbing faster than ever in most areas.

If you add up all of those things it is a recipe for super fast income production. In its basic form it means that what used to take 15 years to create now can be done in 2 years. In part 2 I will get into the nuts and bolts of an actual plan to create a massive income pipeline for passive income from real estate. Stay Tuned!

Thanks

Hi Rina, Thanks for looking out for us, that's exactly what families do. Rina, do you know how short sale affects one's credit score? Thanks.

Sandra,

That's a good question. I am not sure how a short-sale affects one's credit (I assume you mean the person/owner in preforeclosure), although I'm certain it would be better than being foreclosed on, or even handing the keys back to the bank. At least you are making an effort to relieve the situation.
(Maybe someone with short-sale experience on the site could give more insight?)

Oh, and no problem on the link. Smiling I'll try to do that for each "segment" if CBR doesn't mind.

cbrpower...

This is a great post! Like yourself all I do is think about Freedom. Everyone one around speaks only of JOB security. But I stay focused, just need to paste myself and lay down that strong foundation.

I will see you at the TOP
