I signed up with them. They offer about 20 training classes that you can take on line. They also offer 14 advisors that you can call and ask about your training and your real estate activities. Let me know if you have any specific questions. Pas. Greg
Thank you Greg. I am seriously contemplating enrolling but do wonder if Dean's individual courses plus forums would be suffice. I am the type of person that thrives on in depth analysis and knowledge. How highly do you recommend PMI for thorough in depth info....Thank you
You could get a lot of info and do well just by reading on the website. But with PMI you would be getting the info in an organized, well planned & taylored way. Each person has to make their own decision. PMI will also direct other offers of
training or support to you. You don't have to take them, but it is not easy to reject what they offer. It can get expensive, but some times you have to invest
to get the better results. Hope this helps.
Is PMI the same thing as Dean's Success Academy? I am not sure who has contacted me in the past but, I know I would like some one on one time with an advisor.

Michael, I have been involved with this program since April. Let me tell you this. If you want to go to the front of the class enroll in the mentor program. I have no idea what your $$ situation is, but it will pay for itself in the long run. I call coaches quite often and many know me by name, which is great when you want to talk to someone besides email on this great site. You will get out of it what you put into it. It can be overwhelming at times, but what isn't in these very trying times.
I went for it and I am very glad that i did. Just take your time, read, learn ask questions and participate on this site. It will all happen for you. Much luck to you...Jan
