Thanks to all the video blogs and Dean's books I read,This deal finally became a reality!
We purchased a home close to my son's college after much negotiating with the bank. He was able to live in a nice place and area,and choose his live in room mates!! I just sold it to him with no money out of his pocket and GOE, he was able to pull out money to help pay for college and has a beautiful home to live in.
The books are great, I kept rereading and referring back to them as I went along!
Thanks for helping us reach our goals, dreams do come true!
