I read your post about how to get around the $1000 deposit that your agent says you need. Give her a copy of a check and tell her that you will give her the original at closing. Also, you can download a POF letter from www.coastalfunding.com and give her that.
Or, you can 'borrow' $1000 from a private lender to lock up a property and at closing pay the PL $1500.
