I have secured a meeting place at a local hotel for a monthly meeting of interested investor. I look forward to those of you in the area joining us.

i am from Tehachapi but im stationed in afganistan right now and will be living in ventura when i get back, but im still interested in investing in your area espescially if it is hot. i just want to get started because any properties in the ventura area are going to be hard to lock up. i would also like a mentor to help me out getting started.

Just sent you a private email, before I saw this post. Would love to come to a meeting, as I am familiar with the area, having lived in Rosamond for awhile. Miss the stars at night. Don't get much of those so close to LA.

I lack confidence to start my own group right now, but that will be tucked back in my mind for future consideration. I think it is great advice that you gave, and I should take it in the future. Anyone out there interested in having a Los Angeles
