I am looking to put a networking group together here in the Seattle/Tacoma area. I have all ready started going to my own Real Estate meetings but I am looking to expand the network. hi.....

I just got in to the program and very excited about learning all about property investing. I'm currently in the Des Moines area originally from memphis, tennessee....been here now for 11 mths. Any info. or collaberation i can get would be most helpful. Thank you.....reach me by clicking the email or PM link for me....I do work nightshift and get off at 7:30 am, so sleep will be until then. Glad to see a couple of us here in WA. I am located just south of Tacoma, in Lakewood area. I am just getting my feet wet and would like to connect with others to network, partner, brainstorm and have fun making money in real estate.

Hello WA Investors

Hi WA Investors,

I'm a new member in Bellevue, WA. Interested in investing in Thurston County. There's an empty house behind my parents' house I'm going to look into. We've had good experience renting to military families in our two long-term rentals there as Fort Lewis expands from 2 to 3 divisons. We're also often passing by on the way to our beach house at Pacific Beach.

There are lots of foreclosures out at Ocean Shores and hundreds of houses for sale, but how would you find a buyer?

Are we doing anything in WA?

I have attended a few REAPS meetings which have been very helpful. Are the DG-ers meeting regularly also?
