My brother has a restaurant in your town called Cafe Panini I think it's on Cole street.

It's my mom's favorite cafe, in fact. Where are you located? I'm finding there aren't many of us in the PNW, and it would be nice to work together and support each other.
Do you have your "Plan of Action" yet? REOs, probate, multi-family, etc? There is so much to choose from, it's hard to know where to start sometimes.
The biggest piece of advice I can give you right now is to be active with REAPS (Real Estate Association of Puget Sound), provided you're local of course. I have gone to several meetings and it has really helped me to take the DG coaching and boil it down to our back yard. There are many helpful people involved, too.
