Mortgage Brokers , Subprime search engine

Hello,
I came across a site; www.lendingarsenal.com while looking for Sub-prime lenders. The site is a search engine for brokers to use when trying to secure loans. I am not sure if non licensed investors can use the search engine but the site has a number of sub-prime lenders listed with the lenders contact information.
Sincerely,
earleyeagle

Thanks for the addition

Its great when we can all contribute. Welcome to the site.

Lender Details List

Anita, just out of curiosity, how to you keep up with everything that you do? I'm having a hard time keeping up with it all even though I put 40 hours a week or more into the REI on top of my 40 hour a week job.

Thanks for all your posts. You do so much to inspire and assist those of us that are just starting out!

re: jrc

lol... I have to wonder that myself. First I work from home so my commute time is non existent unless you count my time out scoping out properties. I have a day planner that I religiously live by and a schedule that I leave enough open room on to make sure I still have time for me. If you keep that planner with you all of the time you will never be pushed for time because you have your days at your fingertips.

I am always here (dg.com) because I leave an open connect on my laptop and cellphone to the site for easy access. Even though I am out during the day I post constantly because I am constantly on here looking for stuff.

I guess thats how I do it.

That's amazing! I wish I was that organized. I find I get bumped of the internet alot! Sometimes when I'm i the middle of writing something. Like today I got bumped and couldn't get back on until tonight. It must be the traffic on the internet where I live?

Lenders

I am in the process of getting an SBA loan. It is worth pursuing to see if you qualify. It's low interest rate (2.9%-4%) and can be used if your "business" is rentals. They use dead equity as collateral.

Hi Pitt

look up your local SBA and go talk to them. They have lots of options for a small business owner with decent credit. You need to sometimes just get out there face to face and make contacts and build relationships

SBA loan

The SBA is the Small Business Association affiliated with FEMA and the Federal Government. I had one rental that got pushed off it's foundation in a flood and another one that was partially damaged. In impacted a large area in Washington State, so FEMA declared it a disater area and gave grants and loans to owner occupied homes. The non-owner occupied were given low interest loans to rebuild @ 4% which is called a business loan versus a 2.93% for a home loan. They do have requirements. They take dead equity as collateral. When I find the website I will post it. I have an 800 number for questions. 1-800-6592955
