Houston, Tx - Anyone home?

I am new can somebody give me advice how to start with no money down

Hi all,

I've relocated to Houston a month ago.

I already have a few buyers and a few wholesalers in the Houston and surrounding area that I'm working with.
Also, I found a way to get information on probate cases in Harrison county, so I will be working on that to see if I can get deals going on there. I will check to see if I can get other county's probate information.

I am willing to work with other investors (buyers and sellers) to build up my network.
Also, I'm looking for real estate professionals to join my team (realtors/brokers, contractors, title agents, bank reps, etc)

Any new REIers needing some directional help can PM me and I can see what I can do to help you out. However, I'm only a year old and have not been able to do 1 deal due to personal issues. Now that I'm settled, I'm ready to hit that ground running.
I'm a Success Academy alumni and have 1 year of experience, though I haven't done a deal.

Let's get the Houston, Tx area kickin' so that Dean will want to Visit!!!

CJ Little, nice post. I am about 2 weeks into the Rock Bottom Blue print. I live in the League City area just south of Houston. I would love to team up with someone and pick each others brain. Once I truly learn the ropes I can only imagine what a blessing this REI will be to me and others. Every new concept learned gets me pumped up. A little knowledge goes a long way.
