got up at 3:45 am went to work trucking called my broker set up aptment for monday at 1:00 pm called new realtor for apt sat. 2:00 pm ,stoped work at 5:00 pm got something to eat.7:00 pm got on line check emails went to deans web site do some more reading checked PM's

I really dont want to add anything to my journal becouse its been an upsetting last 2 days for me but i guess this journal is for all the good n bad that may come about i haven't done a thing to move ahead with my rei becouse my head is all messed up right now ,must have smacked it into a wall or something.I still have 2 very inportant things comeing up tomarrow for my rei program ,i'll get er done somehow.its just tough for i just had to put my rotti down sat. had her for 5 years she was a really great girl.we were down in AZ. a few weeks back visting a long time freind and i let her run lose in his back yard and she got bit on her nose by something posionus and you can guess the rest.So today im really trying just to do some reading on dg's and thats about all i'm going to get done,I should have way better news tomarrow after setting up my LLC and business LIC and also meeting with my broker try to find out what kind loan avalabilaty i have .should be an interasing day.

Sorry to hear about your dog Scott. They're like our kids in that respect. I swore no more animals because I didn't ever want to put another one down or bury any more. I hope tomorrow's better for you too!

thanks Elena and you to rina and yes it dose helpbut this week end was such a big lose for me,its so hard to beleave how much loseing a pet can mess you up.and now was not a great time for this to happen with all i have going on,but i must find a way to keep on keeping on,today is a new day i sleep in till 9 am but here we go ,got things to do read emails check in with dg took some notes watched a dg vidio im ready for the next step.

today had a talk with the att. about setting up LLc and trying transfer my business lic can not do a transfer but can restrucre new business lic with a ein and a new ubi number at a cost of 195,00 dollars on line or off line for 175,00 dollars .before i went to all that trouble i went to meeting with my broker he said my cridet was really not good anuff for todays market demans from lenders so he advised me just to do assignments witch would not be ez at all he said most people give up on it but it was a way to get your foot in the door so ta speek.and he said he would help me in any way he could and all said he would talk with my #1 realtor and talk her into helping me ,so there still may be hope yet.and he said most hard money lenders wont help unless you have 20% down cash for closeing ect... becouse of all the problems the morgage co. have now they have changed there polices.

Glad to see you're back on course. Well, that's only if you do business with a lender on your deals. You can find houses and flip to investors, that way you don't have to qualify, they do. Assignments or double closes are probably what you should focus on. But don't let them discourage you, with specialized knowledge you can do rei!!

but it was quit discurgaing today but he did give me some good info to so i went to the liebury to get copys made of the contracts from deans doc ,also copyed agreement to purchase ,Purchase and sale agreement,inspection contingency addendum to purchase agreement,agreement to lease with option to purchase. all copyed up is there anymore i should have on hand. and yes i'm going to go for assignments and double closes , know a lot more after today but i'm just not sure if i got it all figured out anuft to walk though the door yet . but i guess i just start looking at forclosures and see if i can find a deal something with good amount of equc.and go from there

aug,27 i was thinking of saying today was just a loss but maybe down the road it will have been worth it but all i have done today was look up a hand full of invesment clubs that were located near me,going to call them and see if i can get to to go to a few of them, i did receave two tickets from dean to atten a free workshop on how to win gov.contracts and i tryed to get a few freinds to go but no one wanted to go they just said oh there just going to try and get you to bye something.oh well guess i'll go by my self.and i spent most of the day picking out some homes to go make offers on,but im still not sure on that procegere ,

this week was and awfull dead end for me i thought i had a great start but guess i just fell short this week after talking with my broker and finding out what my creit score really was and some outher let downs it stoped me dead in my tracks then yesterday finding out that i have to go back on the road driveing semi truck or go find a diff. job here locally and not haveing a home to go home to every night that made me make some really hard choises that i really dont want to do. as a truck driver that lives on the road is very hard to put this all into action. so knowing that i was going to have to go back on the road or quit driveing truck i started 3 web sites 2 for internet marketing and 1 for realestate investing,but i can say it's going to be real hard to keep that going to .the outher option i had was to quit driveing live in my car for awhile get a local job park for night behind motels or office depot's to pick up the internet server's ,i know what your thinking not a great plan .so im picking go back on the road and I don't want to do.

It ain't over til it's over! Now, if you stick with a plan, you can still make money in real estate and overcome all these obstacles, regardless of what ANYONE else tells you. That's THEIR reality NOT yours. If YOU believe you can do it, then keep working towards that. Have a game plan so that in 2-5 years you CAN retire with real estate. Sounds like you're all over the board right now, focus on just one thing at a time, whether it's real estate or internet marketing. I think you're doing too much at once and speading yourself too thin, by what you've told me and your posts. Correct me if I'm wrong... I've been there and I've had one obstacle after another hit me, but NOTHING and I mean NOTHING is going to stop me from getting what I want. Oh, it may hinder me for a bit, it may even knock me down! But I just pick myself up, dust myself off and forge ahead, NO MATTER WHAT! I've had nay sayers and non supporters try to throw me off track, so I just keep a copy of my $48,000 check at my fingertips so I can remind myself, YES I CAN! Keep the faith brother.

Don't try to do too many things at once. You are only one man, and you only have 24 hours in a day. When you can, getting a team together for your REI will help. Then you won't have to do it ALL yourself, and you can have contact with your "team" members while you're on the road and have them home doing the work FOR you. Make sure to take advantage of the advisory line, too. I know you can work it out, Scott! Look at how much you've already accomplished in your life!

this has been a wild week for sure wensday got my LLC set up with new business name witch I thought was inventive for me ie: Western Edge Real Estate LLC <<< yahoo and a finacer to keep an eye on my books once i get this all up and going ,and i also got 4 web site's up and running and did some posting to craigs list,and i some how found time to put an apt. in for a new job to keep me locol so i may be able to get off the road ,n be home more so i can really do some rei in.but till then i have my internet marketing working for me while i'm on the road for a few more weeks,

Way to keep moving forward! Glad to hear that you didn't let those obstacles set you back and you're moving full speed ahead! Keep your dreams your reality and you will achieve them... God may close one door, but he always opens another!
