When Will They Be Fixed?

When Will They Be Fixed?

The Automated Foreclosure Finder has been MIA for 2 months since I brought it to customer service attention at the first of the year. The Probate Finder website has lost it's template for a similar amount of time. It's embarassing to hand out business cards with dead links on them. When I speak with customer service, all I get is "They are working on it." Dean has set the bar pretty high for customer service from other posts I read, but he isn't hitting the bar on this one. Unacceptable in my opinion.

Cash Buyer

Hi Paul,

I've been making offers here in Southern California but still haven't hit anything. For cash buyer like yourself, about what percent of the ARV is the normal going price to be worth your while? Several of my buyers have told me that at a minimum, it should be 70%. Not sure whether that's what they're HOPING to get or that it is the actual going price. My offers are within the range but I've already gone thru 3 RE agents who basically quit on me because of my low offers. I'm trying to make adjustments on my offers but then not sure if I can have my buyers to even look at any.

Sure will appreciate any inputs.

Thanks,

Dan

Any solution yet? That is one of my complaints is that customer service to fix the problems go unheard or very slow to fix. I am dealing with a problem like this on IE. Hope it is cleared up for both you and I soon. I have posted on here, called several times and emailed but still not fixed on my side either.

i wish people wouldn't hijack threads !!! thanks

3) NO HIJACKING TOPICS: All comments you make in reply to a forum post or story must be directly related to the original forum topic or story. When you post a question or comment that is off-topic, it is called "Thread Hijacking". Thread hijacking causes confusion, disorganization and can be somewhat annoying to users when they have to sift through a lot of unrelated replies to find the ones that relate to the topic they originally wanted to read.

Find an appropriate topic to post your question/comment in, or create a new topic for your question/comment. An example of this would be:

In a topic called "What is a short sale?", people are all talking about short sales in it, but you add a reply that says "I have bad credit, how do I buy a house with bad credit?". Since that has nothing or little to do with the original message on "short sales", and is inappropriate. You will be warned for thread hijacking. If you are a prevalent hijacker, even after lots of warnings, we will have to disable your ability to post replies to topics or stories.

No progress...the guys who did the Obamacare website seem to be more competent than the guys Dean has working on his web sites.

LOL Thomas!

That doesn't sound too encouraging!
