OfflineI ordered Deans book two days ago. I haven't received it yet. However, I'm up to chapter 8 of the audio version and I've already signed up for Dean's Real Estate Success Academy. PLEASE, somebody tell me that I'm not crazy! haha! I have built my website with the AFF tools, but I don't know what to record on the 800#....Any suggestions? My appt with my coach isn't until Monday.

First off, you are not crazy! Now it aint easy as it sounds but it aint hard either you just have to keep your focus, set goals and plans and execute. I will tell you the greatest thing i have ever done was take action and i mean true action so "TAKE IT" dont just read and put the books down like most. Wholesales are the best way to get started if you have no money or no credit so pay attention to those sections and mark them so you can refer to them. Also i know that the coaching aint cheap so maybe you are lucky enough to have a little cash and can start more quickly than most. Ghost ads on craigslist for your area to locate true buyers seems to be okay way, the best way to locate true buyers is to join a reia group or club in your area! Those people are your keys to success!
I have not done the number thing yet so maybe you can teach me that later but good luck on your success and enjoy this new life and if you take action follow your coach you will succeed i know it!

Thanks for the confidence Shawn. I lost my job 18mths ago, and unemployment ends is a couple more weeks. It's now or never. I have no money so, had had to borrow from my son. I'm up to chapter 15 now. I'll have the book completed by tomorrow. I'M CONFIDENT THAT I CAN DO THIS! I HAVE TO! There are no other options.

Take a few minutes and read my journal and you will see you are by no means crazy. Everyone thought I was and told me I would never make it. Well If this is not making it I wish I had quiet making it a long time ago. I think the success acamandy is great.

Everybody will call you nuts because you are heading in the right direction. A funny thing about nuts. We have animals that use nuts as their main source of food during the winter time. As promised I would tell you how it went.
WOW!!! My orientation with my coach was great. I then went on to the first part of the program. The first section opened up a world of information FOR ME, at least.
Not having any real estate background. This was great.
It has so much information in just the marketing section.
Everything from "Voicemail Greetings" to "Bandit signs" to "newspaper stats". I'm very happy with my decision to join the real estate academy. I know it will pay for itself. Hopefully sooner, than later.

Stacey I relate to your situation I was laid off from shop work for 18 mths and tried conventional school and just got further in debt. Then I tried a sales career and that bombed... I'm not pushy enough to do actual sales of products.
So I landed here.. Desperate times call for desperate measures. I've had Deans books for a few months but never cracked them open til a few days ago... I'm signing up for the academy tomorrow, and hopefully get my first coach meeting early next week.
I've read the first 3 chapters and took many notes in the past 2 1/2 days, hoping I can have a good jump or finish the book by next Wednesday at the latest...
I've always had the knack for out of the box thinking and Dean's program is just a right fit for me... there is no Read between the lines... It's as real as he is.

Right now your on a roll. Just keep it up and I know we'll be hearing about your success very soon. When you feel overwhelmed and or stuck; just remember to celabrate the little baby steps because their getting you closer and closer.
