Spoken like a true Marine! LOL! Yes...Dean is the man. Are you going to the live event? I can't be there. My husband had a massive heart attack a few days ago and my mom has been in the hospital since April 1st. So I will have to miss this one.

I once heard that if the problem can be solved by money it is not a real problem. But Sometimes we are in hard time that money can't solve, like your husband and mom in hospital, wish you all the best, God bless you and your family. We're struggling with refi now, it seems less a problem now when I hear about your probleM. Be strong, my best wishes to!

I appreciate the prayer team so much! My husband had a second mild heart attack a couple days ago and my mom was rushed back to ICU a few hours ago. So my life is hectic right now. Prayer is what it takes to get through when times are so hard.
Have you had time to start putting the book to use yet? Find your buyers first. that is so important to have someone to buy your deals immdiatley. Nowdays you can find houses cheap...that is no problem. It is just good dependable investors with cash that are a must have.
I know you will do good with your real estate cause you are a Marine. Marines can accomplish anything! Thank you for your service for our great country!
