Preforclosure Contacts

Preforclosure Contacts

I recently found a newly listed Notice of Default.
After researching I found out the owner had passed sometime ago the house has been for sale for a year. It's to be auctioned on Friday 1/23. I really want to make a deal on this house but I can't locate contact info for the administrator of the estate I have his name and surviving spouse as well as the heir to the estate. What is the best service to use to find them?
Should I contact the past REA. The Attorney's for the Plaintiff the Bank who owns the Lein?
I want to move on this fast>
Any Advice is greatly appreciated

Not clear

Sorry I don't think that I was that clear in the post.
I know the name of the Bank and Attorney's
Also I know the names of the Estate Admistrator, Surviving Spouse and the Heir to estate.
I don't know how to contact them and whom would be best to deal with?

If You have advice please share it.
I would like to make contact with them ASAP with a cash offer.

Write a very nice letter to be given to each heir to the estate. First express your sorrow and then make an offer to purchase. Send the individual letters to the estate attorney so he can give each letter to each individual heir. If you just send to the executor or executrix of the estate they may have reason not to want to sell. But if you send to each individual heir they will ALL at least know there is an offer or someone interested in the estate.

Have you tried to Do a google search or search the white pages? There are several sites online with white pages. Just an Idea. Wish I could help more.

Have you tried....

going to the bank/lender or contacting the person/trustee in charge of their "loss mitigation/pre-foreclosures?" It may be possible this person will be able to release the info to you. Have you searched www.4closurealert.com? U will need the address of the property to locate a possible owner/trustee?

If you have a way to drive over to the property, you could ask the neighbors or take the property address to their tax auditor/treasurers office and they will have the current name of owner, because someone likely is paying the taxes on this property. If all else fails, attempt to contact a title company to see if they would be willing to assist you in locating the owners? Well, I hope this helps.... Let me know, Shalom!!!

Just look on yellowpages.com

Just look on yellowpages.com if you can't find their number go directly to the residence of the spouse and talk with her or write a letter and send it to her

adresses

Thanks for all the comments and advice
I've tried the searches but without the estate owners address the name just doesn't do it. Without knowing where they live it's impossible to choose the right one.
There are just to many listed.
Tomorrow i go to their bank to discuss what is going on.
Found out that the house was recently listed in the 400K range no offers and is entering forclosure with a lien for only 56,000. I don't understand wouldn't these people have taken any offer or lowered the price in the twos before going into forclosure?

You would think so, if they ever received the notice of default, then foreclosure???? Maybe they know nothing about what's going on at this time???? Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
