Hello DG Members,

We have all been thrilled duiring the past few weeks by Dean's "Blitzkrieg" of information. The information, content and anticipation have been tremendous! You could almost hear the "rumble" of information as it travels from coast to coast on the mainland!

Now, there is another rumble that is coming our way. It is the next wave of REOs! Are you ready? Get your surfboard and lets hang loose and paddle out there because it is coming! I keep hearing it from the banks and you read in the news that banks are holding back on foreclosures and REOs not to flood the market.

Just posted in the Maui News today, July 10, 2009, the article included the following information:......"There are about 80 bank-owned houses for sale now, but the feeling is, Lightbourn said, that the banks are holding back, in order not to flood the market and depress prices even further."

On the mainland they call it being "upside down" on a mortage, in the islands they call it being "under water". The opportunity to "Profit in Today's Real Estate Market" is there from coast to coast and even from continent to continent. Are your ready? What are you doing today to get ready? NOW IS THE TIME!

Thanks for the comments. Now is the time to locate these REOs and make plenty of offers and counter offers. I believe banks will be more anxious to take lower prices to clear their books. Thanks for the comments. It is so true the banks will have property taxes, insurance, utilties, security and maybe general up keep such as lawn mowing etc. When the bank Board of Directors or shareholders see these liabilities on the books with a negative cash flow for these REOs the bankers will see the need to move them.

I often wonder how the bankers explain these REOs during annual stockholder meetings? The bankers may get anxious to move them before a fiscal quarter or fiscal year end. So be ready to jump in and ride the deal all the way to the bank! Continued success. Believe and Achieve! Smiling - Joe

is right around the corner for many Lenders. The more negative assets they (Lenders) have on their books more the shareholders are very Sad

I am so ready

I have been studying Dean's course for about a year now and I have been looking at other relative information to get me started. Today and I am not looking back and I can say that I am prepared. I know there is so much more for me to learn and learning is what I want to start clearing the way for my family and friends. So lets do this everyone.
