That is not quite the whole story. I have contacted you a couple of times by PM. You refused to give me a personal email, a phone number to reach you or even your full name. It is not like I haven't been on here for a number of years and am very "out there" so you know I am a serious investor. You told me if I wanted to contact you, I could reach you here! I even sent you MY number and email to contact ME and you didn't. Finally, after a week or so you sent me a PM on this site again and asked what would be a good time to call! Too late!

Sorry, but I am busy and can't be bothered with buyers who CLAIM to BE cash buyers but refuse to even give you their name! Maybe this has happened to others on here and that is why we ignore you!

I have refrained from posting this on other posts you have made but maybe you need to know the truth!

why don't you post your deals here so others will know what kind of properties you(?) buy; or at least give out your property criteria, i.e. area, size, price, etc. of what you're looking for...

Nice call on the caREI's post. I came across a "Wanna-be" cash buyer in KC MO very recently and they mysteriously disappeared when asking for contact info. I put my info to him but not reciprocated.

Hello All,

Good for you guys to call this buyer out on his lies. We used to say all the time when I was a real estate agent, "Buyers are liars", and "Sellers are yellers". Because the buyer never did what they said and the sellers always complained. Always work with buyers that are willing to share there criteria and other important information with you. That is a good buyer, and also make them tell you about their last deal and if they give you specifics then you know they are real.

Criteria

I have answered every PM with my full criteria including type, area and range. In fact, I'll post it right here again for everyone to see. I don't think it's appropriate to call anyone a liar (Shah Ali) and it certainly is not professional for a coach. I'm not asking anyone to go out and look specifically for me. If someone has a contract or is bird dogging and has come across on something they think fits my criteria, then I'm sure they'll be more than happy to contact me. But it seems that some want to cover their shortcomings and shift the blame to the buyer. If you have something of value that fits my criteria, I don't think there is any harm in letting me know. But on the other hand, if you're not serious and just interested in expanding your buyer's list (like CL ghost ads) then it's best not to contact me because then you'll just be wasting my time.

So my crime was contacting you a week later and asking what would be a good time to call? And you hold this against me? This is the strangest thing I've ever heard. All your questions and concerns could have been answered if you just took the time to talk. And how do you know what my schedule was or if I was even available to talk at that time?

As in any business, this is a peoples business. I'd advise you not to take things too personally and be less rigid. Preconceived notions and conclusion are a fatal blow to any relationship.
