Depending the year a house was built its a safe bet that you have to inspect for asbestos

yup

sounds like good advice to me. ONe thing I have learned is that through all my offers that asbestos is very common of course with older hm's which is prob more than half of all hm's.

So yes get a prof co., find one that is competitive, i would to your local reia's & find the one the investors use.
