About Me:

I am originally from WNY, Yes the buffalo snow belt. I decided to see what life is like in warm weather. My wife and our 3 children moved her in 2003 and have trouble believing that Christmas we played tennis in shorts and T-shirt. I am a Physician Assistant how has been involved in real estate investing on a buy and hold basis with a couple of properties of my own for 20+ years, which included managing for a top 12 privately held RE Company. I am looking to build up my business to be able to finance deals for myself and other. I hope to build something that my kids could walk into when they get old enough, if they want to.

I am working on a bird dog network, and do not have any one in CT or request for CT. Let me know what your thoughts are. On another side I do have a direct conduit to private commercial funding and someone interested in buying commercial notes. All you have to do is get someinformation about the deal and contact information. If they are interested they will contact them directly and handle everything. You get a referral fee of up to 1/2% of the loan amount (some may go as high as 1% depending on the deal). There are no up front fees for the borrower and they can usually close as quick, if not quicker then anyone in the market. The other thing with this is that any future funding we do you will receive a fee again, however many times we fund something for them.
