Hey everyone:
I needed a proof of funds letter, so I did what everyone on this site does -- went to Coastal Funding Site and filled my info and hit submit button and.... NOTHING!!! An error. So I call them. Noone picks up. I send an email and get a responce saying that if you emailed about the POF letter, we are aware and working on it.
By that time it's 3:30pm and I need to get that letter by 5pm. So, naturally I go to google and type in "proof of funds letter". I get bunch of sites in results. Some of them wants money for it (HEEEELL NO!!! If I had money to burn, would I need your services?), some of them offered to put restricted money in your account. That's a whole new discussion in its own... Finally, I stumbled upon the site that belongs to someone I actually had a pleasure speaking with, Larry Goins. He is an investor just like us, but he also has a company such as Coastal Funding.
Their name is "Day Funding".
http://realestatedayfunding.com is their website.
All you have to do is type your info, they don't even ask the house address like Coastal does. You hit submit button and you get an email within 2 seconds with a ready proof of funds letter. Easy and accurate!!!
Hope it helps you guys! Enjoy!

KNOWLEDGE FUELED BY EMOTION EQUALS ACTION, BUT IT IS ACTION THAT ENSURES RESULTS.
Hi,
I am Kelly in Indiana, thanks so much for all your help.
I too am a newbie in real estate and about to take action
on first offers.
I contacted a real estate agent who has 30 years experience
and wrote me an email saying that there are no get rich schemes like on tv!
She believes the only money to be made is on Repo's
I hope to prove her wrong and make her very happy that she will
be able to find me some properties.
Anyone in Indiana who has a Real Estate Attorney willing to help in
creative buying and writing Assign contracts? I'm in the northwest area
Michigan City, IN
Or can I just use a Title Company or Mortagage Broker to write contracts?
on both ends?
Thanks alot , Kelly
I too ran into this problem but thanks for the link.
